Move Strong
Move Strong is WeRFit’s strength training programme built around one simple idea:
train to move well, and everything else will fall into place.
It’s designed for people who want to get stronger without overcomplicating things — whether you’re just starting out, returning after time away, or already comfortable training in the gym but want more structure and confidence in how you move.
This isn’t about chasing novelty or perfect programming. It’s about consistent, well-designed strength training that respects biomechanics, fits real life, and delivers results.
What makes Move Strong different
At its core, Move Strong focuses on movement quality first. We’re explicit about how the body is meant to move and why certain patterns matter — because when you move well, strength, confidence, and resilience follow naturally.
You don’t need an overly specific or complicated routine to make progress. You need something you can stick to, understand, and adapt as you go. That’s exactly what this programme provides.
Move Strong is built on three non-negotiables:
Move well first — strength is a by-product of good movement
Keep it simple — consistency beats complexity every time
Strength is for everyone — no matter your starting point
How it works
Move Strong is designed to be trained 3–5 times per week, with sessions lasting 45 minutes or more. You can follow the programme:
At home, with little to no equipment
In the gym, if you prefer or already train there
Inside the app, you’ll find clearly signposted pathways so you can choose where to start based on your current ability and environment. You’re not locked in — you can move between levels as your confidence and capacity change.
Progression is explained clearly, so you’re never guessing what to do next or whether you’re “doing enough”.
Move Strong: Kickstart
The simplest, safest way to begin. Or begin again.
Move Strong: Kickstart is a short, structured programme that helps you rebuild consistency, confidence, and movement quality from the ground up. Ideal if you’re returning after time off, feeling stuck, or unsure where to start, Kickstart gives clear direction without overwhelm.
You’ll work on fundamental movement patterns, manageable training volumes, and learning to train well rather than just train hard. Expect steady progress, sensible pacing, and practical coaching cues that help you understand your own body.
This isn’t a crash programme or a test of willpower. It’s a calm, intelligent entry point to strength training — the foundation for everything that follows.
Move Strong: At Home
Structured training — wherever you are.
Move Strong: At Home is built for people who want high-quality training without needing a gym. Using minimal equipment and smart programming, this plan develops strength, control, and conditioning through purposeful, well-designed sessions you can complete in your own space.
The focus is on efficient movement, progressive loading (even with limited kit), and training that fits around real life. Sessions are clear, adaptable, and scalable — suitable whether you’re newer to training or already experienced but short on time or access.
This isn’t random home workouts or endless circuits. It’s coached, intentional training that respects your time and builds real, transferable strength.
Move Strong: At The Gym
Train with intent. Move better. Get stronger.
Move Strong: At the Gym is for those who want to use the gym properly — not just turn up and guess. This programme combines strength training, athletic movement, and conditioning into a balanced structure that develops capable, resilient bodies.
You’ll work with core lifts, supportive accessories, and movement-based conditioning, all programmed with progression and longevity in mind. The emphasis is on quality reps, appropriate loading, and understanding why you’re doing what you’re doing.
This is not bodybuilding, ego lifting, or chasing numbers at the expense of movement. It’s training that builds strength you can actually use — now and long term.
