WeRFit is a platform dedicated to helping people train in the comfort of their own home - or wherever they want to exercise! The platform focuses on performing exercises with correct technique, in order to maximise the health rewards for your exercise time. This programme is based on the results that i had with a client over the lockdown period in 2020. Dawn lost over 5 stone (nearly 35kg) from our time together.

What I’ve learned is that you don’t need crazy restrictive diets, or workouts of insanity for fat loss. All you need is a space in your home and some support where you never had it.

This programme offers workouts with me for 6 weeks and further monthly programmes where we focus on mobility, strength and fitness (and always burning a lot of calories)

Alongside this and with huge importance, we dive into your daily habits around food and lifestyle. We help you to understand your emotions that surround your eating habits and give you the skills and nutritional tools you need to really start taking control of your diet & body.
