We want to eradicate the pandemic of inactivity in the modern world through scalable fitness solutions - bringing intelligence to fitness.

At WeRFit, we have one clear mission: to eradicate inactivity in the modern world through intelligent, scalable fitness solutions. Fitness to us goes beyond movement, to clarity, connection, and empowering people to live healthier, happier lives.

To achieve our mission, we offer two key approaches: a versatile, user-friendly app that makes fitness accessible on a wide scale, and targeted corporate wellness programs designed to boost employee health, productivity, and wellbeing. Our methods blend scientific insights, practical education, and a philosophy of fitness that redefines what exercise can mean for everyone.

Our approach is refreshingly straightforward and results-driven, combining supervised exercise, mindful movement, and essential recovery strategies. We are committed to bringing quality, practical fitness to as many people as possible; through our structured programs targeting diverse needs as well as our education content and optional virtual personal training.

Welcome to WeRFit: Where intelligent fitness meets real-world impact.

Rob & Kieron / WeRFit

2020

Rob, a successful personal trainer in both Southampton and London, decides it’s time to start thinking how he can scale his services to more people. This was spurred on by the Covid lockdowns.

2021

Rob creates the beginnings of WeRFit via a consultant app developer. He decides he will put his expertise into creating quality programmes that people can do from home. Meanwhile, Kieron qualifies as a Personal Trainer while living in Leeds and working corporate jobs.

2022

Rob develops his signature programme ‘Real Change’ based on incredible results he saw with a client over lockdown, aimed at helping middle-aged women get fit from home. Kieron starts in the fitness industry working at a large commercial gym in Wolverhampton.

2023

Things move slowly at WeRFit while life events lead Rob to move back to London and start a new job at a gym and health club in Central London. Meanwhile, Kieron is realising he needs to think of solutions to scale his personal training business and turns to corporate offerings.

2024

Kieron moves to London to elevate his fitness career and joins the same health club Rob works at. The two meet and quickly realise their values align when it comes to current societal view of fitness and exercise.

2025

Rob & Kieron shake hands on combining their ideas for corporate wellness and scalable personal training to renew WeRFit into what it is today.

Our Story

Meet the duo

  • I'm Kieron, a Personal Trainer and MSc candidate in Applied Sport & Exercise Physiology. My approach is grounded in the belief that fitness is about moving well, feeling strong, and creating lasting change. After leaving a corporate career and transforming my own health (losing 25kg in the process) I discovered how movement can build resilience and unlock potential far beyond the gym. I focus on quality movement, sustainable progress, and integrating methods like weightlifting, interval training, and mindful exercise to support both physical and mental health. Whether you're starting out or looking to reconnect with your body, I aim to make fitness practical, personal, and effective.

  • I'm Rob, a qualified personal trainer and health coach with over 3,500 hours of one-to-one experience. My approach centres on building strength through correct movement and helping people reconnect with their health in a way that feels sustainable and empowering. I focus on the foundations (movement, nutrition, and emotional awareness) to guide clients toward feeling stronger, more energised, and more in control of their lifestyle. Progress doesn’t have to be complex; it often starts with small, consistent steps that lead to real change. My goal is to help you realise what you’re capable of and to support you in enjoying the process as much as the outcome.
