More often than not, Lower/Upper back, knee, hip pain is caused by imbalances in the body and an incorrect movement being repeated daily. (sitting at an office chair)

Avoiding exericse because of pain is a large part of the problem. My job is finding the imbalance, and coaching/reconstructing patterns of movment to create strength and remove that pain.
